Delete your Shortyear account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

From the app

1. Open Shortyear and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account in the Account section.
3. Confirm with Delete for good.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to support@shortyear.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, your profile and profile photo, your cycles, goals, tactics, tasks, focus sessions, weekly reviews, life balance ratings, challenges and badges. Nothing is kept, except copies in our providers' backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.
